Abstract Submission

We welcome the submission of abstracts for the The Romanian Society for Surgery of the Hand— focused on hand surgery and related disciplines. Researchers, clinicians, and surgeons are invited to contribute their latest findings, case studies, or innovative techniques.

Important Dates:

• Abstract submission opens: 15th June 2025
• Deadline for submission: 15th August 2025
• Notification of acceptance: by 1st of September 2025

General Guidelines:

•⁠ ⁠Abstracts must be submitted in English.
•⁠ ⁠The maximum length is 300 words.
•⁠ ⁠Include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and main body (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions).
•⁠ ⁠All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
•⁠ ⁠Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book.
•⁠ ⁠Authors of accepted abstracts may be invited for oral or poster presentation.
•⁠ ⁠During submission, authors must indicate whether they prefer an oral presentation or a poster.
•⁠ ⁠All authors submitting abstracts must be registered participants of the Congress.
